Ingredients

Great spirits start with great ingredients, and we work hard to find the very best. We source our grains and fruits from local Hudson Valley farms, in some cases having them grow custom grains for us directly.

We have worked with Tantillo’s Farm, Lazy Crazy Acres, and Blooming Hill Farm, among others. Our goal is to capture the essence of seasonal produce, including the distinctive terroir of the farms we are proud to call our partners.
