Coppersea produces hand crafted spirits using Heritage Methods Distilling with painstaking attention to detail.
We malt our own grains, then mill them ourselves and mash with water from our on-site well in our American-made wood fermentation tank. Our unique gravity feed system means our mashes never pass through an impeller pump before distillation.
Our hand-hammered alembic copper stills sit inside our custom-built still oven, enabling Master Distiller Angus MacDonald to create spirits of depth and distinction.
