We believe that sustainability includes not only sourcing local ingredients, using energy-efficient equipment, and recycling spent mash appropriately, but also supporting our neighbors and broader community.
For example, we worked with local tradespeople in our facility preparation rather than buying a turn-key solution from one of several out-of-state or foreign vendors.
We will continue to work with local farmers and businesses to the greatest extent possible as we bring value-added manufacturing back to the US.
